      I love Cooking with Dog. :) I wish I could make this! I have the ingredients but the texture of mochi makes me want to vomit. I love the taste though! What an? awful dilemma….

      If you’re? desperate, you can also use green tea. Make a saturated mixture? with one or two (or more) bags depending on your taste with the water you would mix with the rice flour. I’ve done it a few times that way since green tea powder is harder to find x_x

      Oh my God! I have massive amounts of sweet white rice flour laying around from my beginning days of GF cooking that I never use. I can’t? say that now! I will be making mochi for my birthday! You can count on it.

      Gelato has less fat and is churned slower than ice cream. Gelato is also served at a warmer temperature than ice cream. Gelato gets dense if? you freeze it.
