    Hi, great great recipe! This recipe is basic for any kind of ice cream? I mean I can just replace the chocolate? products with vannilapistachiobanana or this recipe is just for chocolate?

    You can make it without an ice cream machine. Once? you make and cool the custard, put it in a pan (preferably metal), and place in the freezer. After 30 – 45 minutes check it. If there are ice crystals starting to form around the edges, remove from freezer, and give it a really good stir. You want to break up the ice crystals. Then place back into the freezer and? repeat the process every 30 minutes or so under the ice cream is frozen. This will probably take at least 2 hours, maybe longer.

    This is amazing! I dont have ice cream machine and put the custard in a metal loaf pan wrapped in foil, it didnt form any ice crystals and? is amazing! I also added bits of chopped brownies (store bought) and shortbread biscuits (store bought) to the custard after it cooled and before freezing. Delicious, I love it!

    I did choco ice cream following ur vid and it turned our simply D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!!!? All my family loved it and so I do! <3 Just lil difference is that I used milka chocolate instead of regular one! By the way I’d like to see how you make strawberry ice cream that is my fav!!!!! <3

    Wonderful texture. I used semi-sweet chocolate, and found it a little too sweet? for my liking. Next time I’ll use either bittersweet chocolate, or less sugar.
